Temporal Knowledge, Temporal Ontologies, and Temporal Reasoning for Managerial Tasks – an Attempt for a Survey

The paper is devoted to a variety of solutions aiming at taking time into account in economic and managerial analyses. It presents an example of a decision problem – namely the analysis of economic environment and of barriers to entry to a market space. Next, it shows how time can be treated in intelligent decision systems, in context of temporal knowledge representation and temporal reasoning.
